Residents may have one pet per household provided they comply with the following pet restrictions.

Additional pet rent of $50 per month and $500 security deposit will be required.

Acceptable pets include cats and certain dog breeds. Restrictions are as follows:

- No exotic animals are permitted including reptiles, snakes, spiders, iguanas, pigs, ferrets and monkeys

- No caged animals are permitted including rabbits, rodents, rats and hamsters

- Dog size limit is 30 lbs

- No pure bred or mixed bred dogs with any of the following breeds are permitted:

· Pit Bull Terriers

· Staffordshire Terriers

· Rottweilers

· German Shepherds

· Presa Canarios

· Chows

· Doberman Pinschers

· Akitas

· Wolf-hybrids

· Mastiffs

· Cane Corsos

· Great Danes

· Alaskan Malamutes

· Siberian Huskies
